Alliance Captain #6, Rosie Robotics – team #839, selected us for their first pick. When their turn to select their second pick rolled around, the alliance partnership selected Buzz Robotics – team #175. It took a couple of tiebreaker rounds, but the alliance was eventually victorious as District Event Winners!

- Match 1 – win goes to the blue alliance (that’s us!)
- Match 2 – by only 2 points, win goes to the red alliance
- Tiebreaker match – win goes to the blue alliance (that’s us, we’re moving on!)

Due to an appeal by the red alliance, the crowd patiently waited about 10-15 minutes for the judges to arrive at their ruling and validate the final score. After a few false indications that the score was about to be revealed, it finally went up on the screen and our team couldn’t have been happier! Share the excitement as we experienced it:
